RLL Strategic Staffing is a unique, minority- owned staffing company focused on establishing long term partnerships to serve all your staffing and placement needs.  We are a mix between a traditional staffing and technical training agency as we develop, train and recruit job seekers in a variety of IT disciplines.

 

 Our model is centered on increasing the IT market landscape through community education initiatives and multi-level applicant acceptance.   Our fast track programs offer our job seekers the freedom to gain concentrated training in various areas of IT, while supplying our partners with skilled, eager, and experienced employees at an efficient cost.

Anthony D. Gray is a native of St. Louis, Missouri.

 

Mr. Gray specializes in transactional matters with an emphasis in Civil Litigation.  He has substantial trial experience in jurisdictions such as St. Charles County, St. Louis County St. Louis City and the Eighth US District Court.  Mr. Gray has negotiated, settled and tried hundreds of cases.  He has served as a key legal consultant on many business endeavors and helped to implement multiple policies to achieve targets and objectives.  He possesses a personal passion for IT work and how it has revolutionized our world in very positive ways.  Internet security tops his interest in the IT profession.     

 

Mr. Gray has served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps (R) where he received the “Recruiter’s Aide of the Year” and the “Top Marine of the 3Rd Battalion Awards.  He has worked as a certified police officer in Missouri in both reserve and commissioned capacities.

 

Anthony D. Gray currently serves as the general counsel and senior vice president of RLL Strategic Staffing.  His interest in Internet security is best understood by looking at his professional background.  In addition to the above, Mr. Gray interned as a Prosecutor for the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office.  He supervised a team of Fire and Security Officers for the DaimlerChrysler Corporation at its Fenton, Missouri location.  Mr. Gray also taught as an adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri St. Louis, where he taught “The Rights of the Offender.”

 

Moreover, he has worked as the Director of Public Safety (Police Chief) for the City of Pine Lawn, Missouri and as a Municipal Judge for the City of Wellston, City of Dellwood, and City of Normandy, Missouri.  He has served as general counsel for Uplands Park, Pasadena Hills, City of Dellwood, Village of Hanley Hills, Kinloch Fire Protection District, and Northeast Fire Protection District.  In these capacities, he developed a great appreciation for technology, its importance, and the need to protect its infrastructure as well as to work in many other ways.

 

In 2001 Mr. Gray became a Managing Partner of Johnson Gray LLC.  In 2014, he began representing the Brown Family in the wrongful death shooting of Michael Brown Jr., which sparked changes in Ferguson, Missouri and the nation.  This case, among many others such as Eric Garner, Tamir Rice, Sandra Bland, Freddie Gray and Jonathan Ferrell to name a few, led to professional push to diversify the field of technology.

 

Mr. Gray has a BSBA from the University of Missouri, St. Louis Missouri, MBA from Lindenwood University of Missouri, St. Louis Missouri, and his Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, Missouri in 1998.

ABOUT US

Roshonda Wood is the Chief Operating Officer of RLL Staffing.  She is a disciplined, organized and business savvy individual, who will be attending to the day-to-day operations of RLL.   Her previous professional endeavors have prepared her for this leadership role.

Roshonda Wood is an Arkansas native and later moved to the Dallas, Texas area after completing her collegiate degree.  Her background is concentrated in the Criminal Justice and Social Service field.  Having worked in both state and federally sponsored facilities housing recently released prisoners; Mrs. Wood was responsible for the upkeep of the system that counted and logged residents in and out of the facility; recording discipline actions, affiliations, and much more.  Overall, Roshonda made sure the system worked properly at all times and was proactive in correcting any problems that occurred.

Mrs. Wood is a military veteran, serving 8 years in the U.S. Army National Guard.  While in the military, Roshonda received the Army Service Ribbon and the National Defense Medal.  She was instrumental in conducting trainings within her assigned field and believed in being a team player during unit trainings and missions.

Mrs. Wood is also a writer and published author. 

As aforementioned, Mrs. Wood resides in the Dallas, TX area with her husband and two children.  She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and attended graduate school in Dallas, TX at Argosy University.

Robert Liggins is the CEO/ President of RLL Strategic Staffing. An Arkansas area native with eight years of technology experience, Robert specializes in  IT recruitment, Staff  Augmentation Services and Business Development.  Key skillsets include: Application Development, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Business Analysis, and  Program Management verticals among others.

Robert’s dynamic relationships and intimate knowledge of the technology landscape have allowed him to quickly gain an acute understanding of his client’s unique needs within the IT marketplace. Robert is 100% commited to creating meaningful introductions between talented individuals and specific hiring managers. He knows how to source quality, technical talent and is dedicated to securing top industry performers for clients.

Robert’s determination to meet rigorous performance standards, both personally and professionally, have served him well in all that he sets out to accomplish. He successfully led a team of sales representatives providing financial and business services to a portfolio of clients. In addition to his passion for keeping up with the ever-changing IT sector, Robert loves to hit the basketball court whenever possible and  he's also a travel enthusiast.

Robert graduated from Lambuth University with a bachelor’s of Science in business management and Sport management. As an student-athlete on a full scholarship, Robert had great success in his basketball career, gaining the opportunity to play international basketball after college.
